training today woke up at 06.52am. prepared to go for training at school. training started at 8am. we ran 2 laps outside school, and shooters have to shoot in 100 balls before we come back. the run wasn't very tiring. stretched, lounges,knee lift, heel lift, etc. , ball work, court craft, game, cool down and stretched. when we were stretching, coach gave us a small magnet ruler. so cute!!! after that, coach gathered us together and talked to us. she said that she won't be taking us next year anymore. OMG!! how can this be happening?!?! ): hais... we were dismissed after that.
in school... after training, we went to find some secondary Ones \, girls and ask them to consider joining netball next year. got some of their names and contact numbers. after that i chiong-ed home. at home... bathed, pack bag, then i went out.
outside... took bus to amk station, took train to jurong east, then board another bus to boon lay. and i saw melanie with her mother and sister(i think), at the bus stop which i took bus to amk station. Oh-my-goodness.! its been a long time since we met!! after that went to the interchange and took bus 179 to my mother's office. went to th canteen to buy lunch. had fish and chip, it was quite nice(: after that started to 'work'. helped my mother did some filing, checking, blah blah. so tired now. after training, then come here 'work'. head very heavy now...like gonna drop anytime. so trying to slack here and there. so came to post. time seem to fly when you are at the office. i guess there's nothing much to post already. so i shall stop here(: seeYa~!
