hello!!
came back from sec3 camp yesterday.
but first, lets see some pics taken on mon and tuesday, just before we went for camp(:
14th july 2008, Monday.
haha. some stupid rumor. didnt know who started it first.
15th july 2008, Tuesday.
donuts for breakfast!!
after school went to seoul garden to eat buffet.
shall not add captions.
16th-18th July 2008, Wenesday.
preparing for the sec3 camp.
welcomed the instructors.
then had some time with the instructors before we had lunch in school.
did some goal setting.
we talked about BONDING, TEAMWORK and TRUST.
we called our two instructors iron man (raizan) and chikopek (weiLeong).
had quite some fun with them.
ate lunch together as a class.
did the hungry cheer from sec 2 camp last year before we eat.
after lunch, gathered in hall before we set off to Changi Coast Adventure Centre.

we played concentration on the bus when we were on our way there.
sabo-ed instructor and he said that at the end of the sec 3 camp, he will play with us because he didnt know our names yet.
when we reached the camp site, we gathered in the dining hall.
for the first day, ALPHA(e1, e2 & e3) had land expedition while others went for water activities.
before setting off, we had some time to work on the cheer, song and dance for the camp fire night.
joslynn contributed with the cheer.
khaifang, jolyn, cindy and some other girls came out with the dance and formation.
after that, our class was slpit into two groups.
i was in group two.
group two consists of:
instructor iron man (raizan)
Gals: me(jonea), joslynn, yuting, liJun, munLeng, priya, nadhira and jitlynn
Guys: Alif, Davis, weiBin, jiaHe, sijie, terry, jason, donoven, kajie weixuan
well, if i missed out any or remembered wrongly, pls correct me.
cos i a little bit forget le. hehe.
so we went off and my group started at the first station.
which is located at the dining hall.
we were split into 3 sub groups again.
and did the leg race game.
after completing it, we searched for the 3 cards brfore we moved on.
quite fun, although my sub group didn't win(:
station 2 was the caterpillar.
the floor wasn't as hot as the school field, which we did dring netball camp. lucky~!
searched for the 3 cards again.
and we took quite some time searching between the bushes which some have pricks in them.
moved on.
third station was TRUST FALL!!!
did it in netball camp also.
joslynn, yuting, me, nadhira, lijun, jason, weibin, sijie, ... ... mdm Lim!!!
w4ell, its 5gals 5 boys who must try before we can pass the station.
but cant really remember who did it. psps. same thing...searched for the 3 cards again.
moved on to station 4.
and at that time, the weather was cloudy and instructor iron man told us that it was pouring heavily in the camp site.
mdm lim asked if we want to go to macDonalds so that if it rains, we can have shelter.
none of us brought money with us and we decided to move on.
for station 4, we have to interlock our hands with each other and try to help everyone cross the 'electric line'.
tried many different methods and although it is said that we cannot touch the line, we still touched it a few times.
lucky the station master didn't restart us.
spent quite a long time passing that game as well as the hunt for the 3 cards.
but we still did it!!
as it was getting closer to the reporting time, iron man told us to head back to camp as it will take us quite some time to walk back there.
on the way back, someone reported back that another group was in front.
so we started running.
jos and i ran all the way back with some guys.
others was walking at the back.
after that then we realised that the group in front was going to complete the station at the dining hall.
wad a joke.! but it was fun running all the way back!!
had a class meeting again.
worked on the cheer, dance and song.
5 boys came out with the song connected to the cheer.
so our cheer became part of the song too!!
instructors told us to come out with another cheer.
but first, we practised with the songs and dance step.
fun fun fun!!!
we had our dinner first. did makan cheer as a class!!
then some of them went to do duty.
we went for a shower and the toilet sucks.
no locks, so little cubicles and its flooded!!!
argh!! didn't feel good after bathing.
rushing all the way!!
had sing-along session as a whole school.
then actually we were supposed to be sleeping in tents.
but changed to the guys who slept in the tents.
instructor weiLeond said that the tent was dirty.
so was kinda lucky because yuting and i was mixed with the e1 ppl too.
had a class meeting with the instructors.
we changed the nick names of the intructors.

after dismissing us, we took our sleeping bags, jacket and everything we needed, and assembled again at the flagpole.
guys went to their tents and the instructors cleard the dining hall for us(gals).
we moved in and we laid our sleeping bags down and slept.
lights were off-ed.
joslynn, yuting, ivana and i went to brush teeth before going to sleep.
love sleeping in the dining hall because its open-aired, facing the sea.
was quite hot at first but it got better during the night.
end of day 1.

woke up 0530am in the morning.
was late for reporting time.
did morning exercises.
then had breakfast.
ALPHA is gonna have water activities today!!
river crossing first.
whole of e2 went to pull the rope!!
while pulling the rope, yuting and i saw the bee just behind us and we freaked out.
lucky it flew off after awhile.
yuting and i joined joslynn at the front.
very soon, it was our turn to go down.
kajie went first, followed by joslynn, yuting, then me.
was quite a good experience.
the waves were strong!! fun!!
and lucky i wasn't injured.
lijun and jitlynn had some cuts as they fell when climbing up.
after river crossing, walked back to camp site for lunch.
after that was dragon boating!
was looking forward to it.
the instructor in charged for the dragon boating was funny!!
we had the water confidence thing first, gathered again, formed into our groups, took the oars and headed towards the sea.
we went up the boat first.
was kinda scary cos the waves were big.
instructor fishcake followed us.
we rowed and rowed and the waves were fun!!
two visitors from china was in front of me and yuting.
i was getting giddy and finally, we reached the shore.
we saw two boats that collapsed.
one from e2(the other grp) and e3 (trina and yuhling's grp).
buried instructor fishcake in the sand until her neck and we made her into a mermaid.
my shoe sole came out and i was walking one side high and the other low.
look like limping.
we rowed back and this time, i didnt get giddy.
but the guy in front kept splashing seawater onto my face and the water kept getting into my eye!!! pain you know.
but we really did it quite fast.
fighting with the waves, our boat didnt capsise(:
we helped carry the dragon boat up.
kept the oars, and kept the floating device(life jacket)
went to have shower.
had more time that day.
changed into class tee.
had dinner, practised class cheer and jolyn came out with the class cheer (spongebob squarepants song)
haha!!
everything went off well.
gathered around at the campfire site.
our class was the first!! wohoooOooo!!!
i think our class did the BEST of all!!!
after the campfire, we dismissed and instructors took us for the debrief.
had supper, then we cleaned the dining hall area.
yuting, joslynn and i went to brush our teeth again.
went to sleep...
18th july 2008, friday.
didnt know what time we must gather.
but we woke up at 6am in the morning.
washed up and went to pack things.
took pics with joslynn and yuting!!

gathered and brought all our bags with us.
our class didnt change back to school pe attire. hehe!!
had breakfast and i think that the meal was the worst of all!!
sausage tasted raw to me and the beehoon was salty!!
anyway, after breakfast, we went for area cleaning.
our class picked up litter at the carpark area.
quite easy!!!
instructor iron(raizan) had to instruct another school.
everyone requested for a photo and he said he will join us awhile later.
instructor man(weileong) had some talk with us.
we did our e2 dance for our instructors.
when the class went up to hug them, i felt tears in my eyes.
don't know why.
we took photos with them and the happy memories will always be in my mind.

i was the last one to reach there.

they left at about 8plus.
so left with f4.
went down to ntuc to buy some chips to eat.
mun left shortly.

as for 19th July 2008, Saturday(today), bball plan failed once again.
