ok. this is the first time organising a birhday surprise party. quite a last min decision. 15th august then contacted the whole class. and celebrated on 18th august, monday. i was so scared that i couldn't buy the cake because i need to buy a 2kg cake and normally you need to order in advance. on sunday, 17th august, walked to bugis junction. found no cakes and i was freaking out because most of the cakes have been changed to moon cakes, while others are far too small!!! when mother and i were about to leave the place, we spotted Four Leaves and guess what? they have a 2kg cake. so i bought the cake from there. after buying it, the 'stone' on my heart was taken off. and to my another surprise, they do not have a plastic bag which is big enough to fit the cake in. and guess what? my mother and i took turns to carry it all the way to 147 bus stop, which was like 15mins walk. lucky it stopped raining already if not i wonder how we are going to bring it back. took a rest at the bus stop before 147 bus stop. lol. then i told my mother that we are like in a race, taking a rest before setting off again. haha. finally reached home and the cake was safely put into the frindge. next thing to worry. how do i bring the cake to school? lol. cant possibly take the cake to school because it will melt!! so asked my father to bring it to school when he is on the way to work. for the morning assembly on monday, didnt talk to joslynn much because i was scared that i would leak out something. finally it was lesson time. 2hours of lesson before recess. couldn't really concentrate. keep having a feeling that this party will fail. but lucky it didnt. everything went on smoothly and our class had the cake in the canteen. THANK God, that everything went on so smoothly. still thinking that joslynn didn't know about this party, i was feeling happy. but when she told me, "jitlynn told me that you buy a cake for me." i was like...WHAT THE HECK!!!! don't she know this is a surprise party.? at that point of time, i was going to flare up soon. hate her!!!!!! nvm, everything's over. some pics taken on that day.
